I read your blog regularly and often thi...</title><content type='html'>Hi Erin!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I read your blog regularly and often think of commenting but I&amp;#39;m afraid I haven&amp;#39;t actually done it much lately.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The needle size is a good suggestion. However Humira pens only come with one size needle - people who have used the syringe option too, which gives them more control, say it&amp;#39;s the speed of the pen injection (how fast the fluid goes in) which makes it hurt. Since it&amp;#39;s only once a week I can live with it. Which is ok with me. I dose twice a day, but when I was pregnant I injected insulin 3-4 times per day, so I can cope. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Since I&amp;#39;ve only been on it a week, more time will be needed to tell if it&amp;#39;s working well enough to be worth it in the long haul. But I&amp;#39;m hopeful.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Is it possible that you could use smaller needles? I think it helps somewhat although not as much as I would like.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&amp;#39;m sorry you feel bad for 3 hours after your injections. I hope that goes away. I suppose there is a place for it to serve people with disabilities or other issues that might make going into a building more difficult.
