In this case, though, the loss leads directly to the huge positive step of being able to take responsibility for your own destiny.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The freedom you get from leaving organised church behind can be overwhelming at first, and like a teenager given his first pay packet, the tendency to spend it all on rubbish is all too prevalent.
