Yeah it is just bizarre enough for me to post. Portland is lucky to gain a spot this year, only Chicago and Tampa got 2008 spots, as well. Aren't we proud?

tampa went crazy for this - they expected 50k and got like 150k people. it was a madhouse! in more ways than one....
