Would someone
please tell whoever is in charge around here
that winter has ended?
I fear They didn't get the memo.
My flip-flops are forlorn
and my capris are feeling
wistful.
Painted toenails wonder why I bothered,
and white is out of fashion
both on the ground and on my face.
Can we get on with spring?
