I just returned home from a wonderful weekend at Off the Map Live. It was amazing, a ton of fun. I met some great people and heard some great speakers. I can't tell you how glad I am I went.Can you tell how mentally exhausted I am that I can't think of any better descriptors than "great" and "fun" and "wonderful"? An event like this is intellect-heavy and tends to overwhelm the brain.
I didn't blog about the conference this weekend because I never could get on the wi-fi at the church where the conference was held...I know some people could, but when I asked around I found out a lot of people couldn't and no one I asked seemed to have an answer about why - methinks it has something to do with the amount of net traffic a group like OTM generates.
We had awesome wi-fi in the hotel room, but were hardly ever there, and I never had time to get online long enough to write.
In any case, I'm still processing and will write about the weekend in-depth as soon as I can...right now I have to take care of the typical home and family stuff as a result of my being gone for 4 days.
Hopefully tomorrow I'll be able to tell you all about it.
Well, I can't wait to hear about it, if for no other reason than the fact that I have no idea what this thing you are talking about is.

Steve - (Do you prefer Steve or Steven?) Actually this conference I went to was partly applicable to the difference between the beliefs you and I hold. I'll write more about that later.
